Beginning January 6, 2020 Authorized users will be required to complete the actions described in the FMCSA CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.  You can read more about this new requirement at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website.  Plus click the link below to download a FMCSA Fact Sheet on the Drug and Alcohol Clearing House. 

In addition to the mandatory participation by companies and drivers alike in the Clearing House, companies will now have to test a minimum of 50% of its CDL drivers a year beginning in 2020 through a randomized screening process.  You can read more about this in an article that posted on January 2nd in the Commercial Carrier Journal CCJ
