Beginning January 6, 2020 Authorized users will be required to complete the actions described in the FMCSA CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. In addition to the mandatory participation by companies and drivers alike in the Clearing House, companies will now have to test a minimum of 50% of its CDL drivers a year beginning in 2020 through a randomized screening process.
