Air Ground Xpress wants to perform to our operational standards and maintain a level of schedule integrity that surpasses that of our customers expectations. However with the pandemic causing even greater delays at our gateway terminals and the ground handling companies struggle to maintain proper staffing levels, it is becoming an increasingly difficult task.
For this reason AGX must suspend its service guarantees. AGX will continue to strive to maintain is customer service levels but we can not be held accountable for any missed cut-offs or storage that may occur for these circumstances beyond our control.
