Air Ground Xpress has operated the Centralized Exam Station (CES) for the Port of Pittsburgh since 2003. This building is located on the ramp at Greater Pittsburgh International Airport. US Customs and Border Protection personnel are on site in the 10,000 square foot facility. Five dock doors provide for container off-loading while receiving and loading other freight. The agreement with USCBP allows for a flat fee for all air and ocean entries lodged in the Port of Pittsburgh, PA. This fee covers opening service, de-vanning, and reloading.
